Website terms.

About this website
this website introduces Ecomgrade’s Shopify and ecommerce services. Scope, deliverables, fees, timing and support are agreed separately for each project.

Design concepts
work marked as a design concept is an illustrative, self-initiated exploration. It is not a client project or a live store, and no commercial performance results are claimed for it.

Project inquiries
sending an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement, reserve a project slot or confirm a price or timeline.

Store outcomes
ecommerce outcomes depend on products, pricing, traffic, operations and other factors alongside the store experience. The website does not promise specific revenue or conversion results.
